We’re looking for an Strategy Executive Account   (VAT contract ), dynamic professional to play a key role in our continued expansion.

Minimum 5 years  Experience  in Live COMMUNICATION Market ( Agencies, Promotion, Brand)

Reporting to Chief Strategy & Innovation OFFICER 

Minimum B2/C1 British Council english leve l

Key Responsibilities :

•Act as a strategic translator, decoding client business needs and transforming them into groundbreaking live & digital concepts.

• Serve as a phygital architect, designing the entire digital journey around live productions and translating complex live projects into clear, compelling value propositions.

• Guard the strategy to ensure creative vision and flawless execution are perfectly aligned with the client's strategic goals.

• Contribute to sponsorship models and partnership structures.

• Manage key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner across both physical and digital metrics.

• Ensure alignment between creative vision, production excellence and client KPIs.

• Manage and nurture key client relationships with a strategic, long-term perspective.

• Support new business development and partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a strategic role within a creative/digital agency, brand consultancy, live communication agency or innovative brand.

• Strong understanding of sponsorship logic and partnership design.

• Structural, not merely operational, thinking approach.

• Ability to combine analytical thinking with creativity.

• Genuine passion for live entertainment — music, sport, culture — with a clear understanding of its emotional and commercial power.

• Confidence in building decks, crafting narratives and presenting to clients.

• Curiosity about innovation, AI and emerging technologies.

• Ability to manage complexity and tight deadlines with clarity and precision.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-evolving environments.
