Strategy Analyst

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Strategy Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role focuses on supporting the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives within the DCS Sales & Marketing function with data analysis and presentation, decision-making support and project management. This role will report directly to Senior VP Sales & Marketing of the DCS BU, and it will be based in our headquarters (Piombino Dese, Padova).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts across all key strategic initiatives within the Sales & Marketing function under DCS BU
• Prepare reports and presentations to support key governance meetings for DCS Sales & Marketing leadership team (e.g., board of directors, DCS BU Leadership meeting etc.);
• Collaborate with Corporate Business Analysis function to create ad-hoc analysis needed for DCS Sales & Marketing leadership team, starting from existing reports and data
• Constantly alert internal stakeholders on major KPIs deviation to promptly evaluate corrective actions
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders to clearly understand their goals and requirements
• Constantly provide inputs to improve monitoring of commercial KPIs and commercial processes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar fields
• 2/3 years of experience in Management Consulting
• Experience in project management / PMO of strategic initiatives
• Experience in applying strategy frameworks to provide hand-on insights to management team
• Experience in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations to support and facilitate business decision making processes
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of the office package (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English language is required
