Quince is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to build and lead the Sourcing function in Kitchen and Tabletop. You will identify and onboard new vendor partners from scratch and drive cost, quality, and speed improvements for the Decor Acc, Kitchen and Tabletop categories.
The role demands deep category manufacturing knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and the operational rigor to scale supply chains that deliver on profitability and speed to market across USA, Canada, and Europe.
