Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate in key business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies. Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding, and go‑to‑market strategies and tools. Design business plans that deliver sales and market share objectives. Help customers develop programs which will build the business for them and for us. Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results. Benefits

Master students or recent Master graduates with strong academic results. Creativity, innovation, initiative, and follow‑through with goals; strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management skills, able to see planned ideas through to implementation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Fluent in Italian and excellent ability to communicate in English. Valid driver’s license. Available for a 6‑month internship. Job Schedule
