About the Role
Our client is a major company controlled by an international private equity firm.
We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join the Office of the Chief of Staff , a high-impact team at the heart of the organization’s strategic execution. This is not a traditional PMO role: we are seeking a project leader who combines hands-on project management skills with strategic thinking and business acumen , to actively drive and support initiatives that are critical to our growth and transformation.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment, and who can translate complex strategic priorities into actionable and measurable plans. You will work side-by-side with the Chief of Staff, supporting executive decision-making, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop structured project frameworks, timelines, and tracking tools to support initiative execution across departments.
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively drive resolution of issues that may impact delivery.
2. Strategy Deployment & Execution Support
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into implementation roadmaps, aligning key stakeholders around clear outcomes and milestones.
- Support the Chief of Staff in cascading strategic initiatives across the organization and tracking progress on execution.
3. Executive Decision Support
- Prepare high-quality executive deliverables, including dashboards, strategic updates, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and board meetings.
- Provide data-driven insights to support prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
4. Operational Alignment & Coordination
- Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure consistency and coherence across projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and decision-making frameworks used by the Office of the Chief of Staff.
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategy/Project Management highly preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or strategy implementation roles, ideally with a background in consulting or in-house corporate strategy/Chief of Staff teams.
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc. certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complexity, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in Business English; international exposure is an advantage.
