Fagioli is seeking a Pre-Award Contract Manager to lead the negotiation of client contracts during the pre-award phase and safeguard the company’s interests. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, QHSE, Risk Management, Insurance, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in Contract Management within Heavy Lifting, Construction, EPC, Energy, or Industrial Projects, with fluent English and strong negotiation skills.
