STRATEGIC PLANNER
The person who will take the role as Strategic Planner vwill be in charge of supporting clients in their marketing and communication activities.
Will be responsible for Strategic Planning, collaborating directly with the account director, the creative director and the other strategic planner of the agency.
Will have report to the Senior Management.
The person who will take this role will also have to liase with client’s Marketing Director and Marketing team, and coordinate his/her work with rest of the Innocean Team (Media, Account, creative) and with the external suppliers of Innocean (Event agencies, Digital suppliers etc).
Overall responsibilities include:
· To draw brand and product communication strategies, including new product launches as well as the adaptation of international strategies to the Italian market to support business objectives, build brand equity and reach marketing KPIs.
· To draw strategic briefings to the creative team of Innocean as well as to the external vendors, if needed.
· To ensure the alignment of all communication assets with brand/product positioning and target.
· To Run regular competitors’ analysis, market analysis, consumer analysis and to provide relevant insights and suggestions for clients.
· To support clients’ decision making process through Marketing Intelligence Tools (Consumer Research, Trackings, Competitive Analysis and Trend Monitoring). Run ad hoc researches, when required, by identifying the most suitable research partner in agreement with client.
· To run regular analysis about campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement.
· To collaborate with other Innocean network’s offices worldwide on strategy-related matters. Support Innocean’s Regional Headquarters on strategy related needs.
· To support the Senior Management on new business development through market or category analysis, preparation of strategic presentations and briefs for New business pitches.
· To have a very proactive attitude towards ideas generation on any channel (working on proposals which are not necessarily briefed by client).
· To have an in depth understanding of the consumers’ dynamics on digital channels as well as off line channels.
· To have experience in the automotive business.
· Fluency in English is mandatory.
