Strategic Marketing Analyst

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. The person we are looking for will be inserted as a Strategic Marketing Analys t at our Global Headquarter in Piombino Dese, PD, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the analysis of the markets where Stevanato Group operates, in terms of market size, growth, competitive landscape
• Support Investor Relations in the reporting of market data to the financial market community (i.e. investors, equity analysts, SEC)
• Create market insights and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets in driving new business pipeline and new product development
• Support the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and business dynamics.
• Develop custom data models, algorithms and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and support business decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry innovation, emerging technologies, macroeconomic and regulatory trends , translating information into actionable input for the organization
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance And incorporating best practices in data management and analytics

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics
• At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in a top management consulting firm or in a similar position within a publicly traded international company
• Fluency in English, with good communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of economic and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Problem solving skills and analytical mindset. Complex data analysis
• Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
