Strategic HR Manager - Payroll, Recruitment & Training

Freyssinet, part of the VINCI Group, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle at its Italy operations. You will manage HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations while supporting a positive and collaborative work environment. You bring a degree in HR, Employment Law or Business Administration and at least five years in a similar HR role, ideally within construction, engineering or industrial settings.
