Vhernier is a Milanese Company founded in 1984, is a leading Italian designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end jewellery. It has been part of the Swiss Global Luxury Group Richemont since June 2024.

For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Strategic & Digital Marketing Specialist that will join the Vhernier Strategic & Digital Marketing Division.

In particular, the candidate will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:


Business and Product Analysis


  • Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly Business Reviews, analyzing revenue performance by channel, geography, boutique, across product categories, collections, price segments. Identifying key drivers, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Support collection development through analysis of historical performance, sell-in / sell-out data, and market trends.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs and management dashboards.
  • Perform CRM analysis at boutique level to deliver insights through dashboards and reporting to support retail performance, clienteling effectiveness, and decision-making (monitoring data quality, segmentation, retention etc…)


Merchandising


  • Develop and support merchandising strategies and analyses to ensure optimal product assortment by boutique, stock efficiency, and reduction of missed sales opportunities.
  • Support stock replenishment and redistribution decisions across boutiques.
  • Contribute to the launch and rollout of the Automatic Replenishment project, providing analytical and operational support.


Pricing


  • Support the analysis of worldwide price positioning and contribute to periodic global pricing reviews.
  • Assist in defining Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) across all product categories and markets, in line with target positioning and margin objectives.
  • Monitor monthly exchange rate fluctuations and recommend adjustments to the International Pricing Matrix.
  • Evaluate product positioning and pricing strategies through competitive benchmarking on key product lines.
  • Perform periodic analyses on product contribution margins.



Educational background and Skills:


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years of previous experience, gained as marketing specialist would be appreciated
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI)
  • SAP knowledge would be a plus
