Strategic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing department as a Communication Trainee. In this role, you will play a key part in reinforcing our brand within the Italian business and media community.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the Newsroom with a focus on press review, editing internal papers, and copywriting. You will work closely with the teams involved to ensure an end-to-end approach, including organizational aspects.
• Contribute to social media functions by researching and creating engaging content.
• Collaborate across marketing and communications activities within our network, both internally and externally. Your focus will be on designing, producing, and scheduling initiatives inspired by sustainability concepts and aimed at fostering active engagement among all cohorts and members.
• Draft and edit internal newsletters, support internal campaigns, and collaborate with various functions to maintain consistent messaging across channels.

What We Are Looking For

• A university degree in Humanistic Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, along with the ability to interface effectively with people of all levels.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A strong curiosity about topical issues and news across different areas, accompanied by a desire to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Interest and knowledge about integrated media systems, content production, and social environments.
• Proven organizational and administrative skills, along with attention to detail.
• Flexibility, responsiveness, and a service-minded approach.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team, to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude, drive, and commitment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multi-tasking.
