You will join the Supply Chain Planning team to support the key activity of strategic capacity planning. Develop high‑level production capacity plans to support the monthly S&OP process, ensuring optimal alignment between demand requirements and production capabilities, while identifying potential capacity constraints, risks, and improvement opportunities. Manage the capacity allocation process, including the monthly detailed capacity review and weekly adjustments, ensuring effective execution of the S&OP and S&OE / tactical planning cycles. Analyze and improve production planning processes by developing a deep understanding of production campaigns, machine‑product allocation, production capacities, and target stock coverage levels. Lead S&OP‑related meetings, preparing data analysis and presentations, and driving cross‑functional actions to optimize inventory levels (e.g., slow movers, stock lots, phase‑out products) in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. Prepare and lead the S&OP Supply Review, ensuring effective decision‑making and alignment across functions. Support strategic and tactical production initiatives and operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance. Collaborate with the S&OP and Demand Planning teams to develop and deploy new forecasting models and improve demand planning capabilities. Promote a continuous improvement culture by identifying inefficiencies, eliminating waste, and addressing root causes to drive sustainable process improvements. Qualifications
5 years of experience in Supply Chain. Background in Production Planning, including at least 2–3 years in complex manufacturing environments with a strong focus on capacity planning optimization. Familiarity with structured planning systems and platforms. Strong understanding of planning, inventory management, MRP principles, S&OP process, MTO vs MTS planning approaches. Analytical mindset and precise when it comes to process planning data and information. Astrous improvement drive, addressing root causes; preference for Lean Six Sigma certifications. Ambition to contribute fundamentally to new planning processes and systems, embracing automation and AI. Fluency in Italian and English. Selection Process
