Position: Mid‑Level System Engineer / System Administrator

The role is for a candidate who already has solid system administration fundamentals and wants to continue growing in a structured and technically challenging environment. The person will join the ICT team, report directly to the Head of ICT, and contribute to the evolution of the company infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructures (2016 or later)
  • Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Manage Active Directory (GPOs, delegations, complex permissions, auditing)
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure + on‑premises)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot servers, network services, and storage
  • Manage server patching and vulnerability remediation
  • Manage and verify backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Support firewall configurations, VLANs, and network segmentation
  • Automate recurring tasks through scripting (PowerShell)
  • Produce technical documentation and operational standards
  • Collaborate technically with the SOC and external vendors

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years of real experience in system engineering
  • Direct experience with Windows Server in production environments
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Active Directory management in structured environments
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware or equivalent)
  • Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall)
  • Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation
  • Experience in environments with at least 100+ users

Position: Junior Operation Specialist

The role will involve a range of activities including support for project teams, resource allocation, budget monitoring and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of project teams and allocate resources across tasks.
  • Assist in planning, reviewing and monitoring project budgets and reporting.
  • Contribute to the analysis of design processes, timelines and issues.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues and report to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and software tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring overall production workflow, ensuring consistency with studio standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and financial administration for resource alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Management Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination or similar roles within architecture or design studios.
  • Basic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles and resource planning.
  • Familiarity with common digital tools for planning and coordination.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.

Position: Project Designer

The role focuses on BIM modelling within the project team, responsible for specific parts of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the design intent and key concepts.
  • Develop ideas, materials and references during early proposal stages.
  • Produce images and drawings from overall vision to detailed scale.
  • Organize work according to project priorities.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team and support as needed.
  • Produce and manage BIM models, drawings and visual content primarily in Revit.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and software, especially Revit.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a BIM‑based multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Good command of English.

Position: Interior Project Designer

Responsible for designing interior spaces, producing BIM models, drawings and visual content in Revit.

Responsibilities

  • Design interior spaces across various building types.
  • Understand design intent and key concepts.
  • Develop early‑stage proposals, layouts, materials and mood boards.
  • Produce images, presentations and drawings at overall and detailed scales.
  • Prepare technical drawings and documentation for all phases.
  • Collaborate on spatial design, material selection and finishes.
  • Produce BIM models in Revit, using BIM methodology.
  • Organize work according to project priorities.
  • Support the project team and collaborate with internal design and planning teams.
  • Design custom furniture and bespoke interior elements.
  • Enhance interior spaces with coherent stylistic choices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and software, especially Revit.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a BIM‑based multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an informal and dynamic workplace.

Position: Tender & Proposal Manager

The selected candidate will identify and manage tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm’s market positioning strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze public tenders, invitations and competitions.
  • Assess technical and economic feasibility of participation.
  • Complete pre‑qualification questionnaires and ensure eligibility.
  • Collect and verify documentation required by tender procedures.
  • Draft tender documentation in coordination with the Head of Bidding.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with tender schedules.
  • Submit proposal documentation according to defined formats.
  • Maintain an internal archive of tender and pre‑qualification documents.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage the full tender process.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with tender platforms.
  • English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable (highly valued).

Position: Business Development Officer

The role involves identifying and managing commercial opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders in tandem with the Tender Office.

Responsibilities

  • Research and monitor public and private tenders and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Tender Office for management of competitions and private tenders.
  • Complete pre‑qualification questionnaires and supplier registration forms.
  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs) and support the New Business team.
  • Draft and assemble technical and financial proposals, including attachments.
  • Support the organization of the Business Development archive.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and deadline‑management skills.
  • Knowledge of public and private tender processes.
  • Excel and Word proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools (plus).
  • English fluency.

Position: BIM Technician

The role manages BIM workflows from point cloud data acquisition to model delivery, including family management and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BIM workflows from point cloud acquisition to model delivery.
  • Develop and maintain the internal BIM component library.
  • Create and maintain complex parametric Revit families.
  • Support BIM coordinators in project coordination.
  • Provide data extraction and information management from BIM models.
  • Assist in staff training on BIM tools and best practices.
  • Ensure quality control of models and BIM components.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in BIM‑related roles.
  • Experience with laser scanning and point cloud processing (plus).
  • Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with national and international BIM standards.
  • Strong understanding of architecture or interior design (advantage).
  • English fluency.

Software

  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Family Editor.

Position: Visualization Real‑Time Artist

The role covers the overall asset production pipeline for real‑time experiences using Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the asset production pipeline from concept to real‑time experience.
  • Import and optimize architectural models for Unreal from Revit.
  • Assist creation of photorealistic real‑time environments and assets.
  • Create photorealistic PBR materials within Unreal.
  • Author optimized, commented, efficient blueprints.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist in Unreal or similar.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, good communicator.
  • Strong initiative, time management, and detail orientation.
  • Passionate and accurate.
  • Ability to work in Italy (mandatory).
  • Education in Architecture or Design (required).

Software Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of C4D + Corona for images and animations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop for post‑production.
  • Knowledge of Ae and Premiere (plus).

Position: BIM Coordinator

The coordinator supports the team by managing BIM projects, maintaining standards, and training.

Responsibilities

  • BIM project setup and maintenance according to company standards.
  • BIM coordination and daily management of workflows.
  • Maintain project BIM execution plans and technical documentation.
  • Run BIM coordination workshops and report progress.
  • Create and maintain parametric Revit families.
  • Produce Dynamo scripts for workflow improvement.
  • Provide training on best‑practice workflows.
  • Support BIM enabling software applications.
  • Liaise with BIM management to develop and maintain firm standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination (advantage).
  • Master’s degree in Architecture or similar.
  • 2+ years as BIM coordinator.
  • 3+ years with Revit.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of Python, C# or general coding (advantage).
