About This Role

The Strategic Accounts team is a vital part of our mission to offer a full breadth of choices to our consumers. This team has successfully partnered with leading global, national, and regional brands in Italy, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and KFC. We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join us in a business development role, focusing on acquiring Chains, Local Heroes, and Strategic Accounts in northern Italy.

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid working)

Reporting to: Head of Strategic Accounts

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Lead negotiations in Northern Italy with local heroes, regional brands, and strategic franchisees to join the Just Eat platform.
  • Develop tailored proposals and strategic analyses to support economic offers.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels of target chains.
  • Support the Head of Strategic Accounts in commercial negotiations with international and national brands.
  • Help ensure the operational go-live of signed partners runs smoothly.

  • Experience in sales, business development, and/or acquisition.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships over time.
  • A highly organized and analytical mindset.
  • A passion for our mission to be a leading online food delivery marketplace.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau
  • Previous experience in Food Delivery, Horeca or FMCG sectors
  • Managerial experience
