Your Impact
- Own and drive end-to-end operational performance for strategic clients
- Act as the key connector between operations, customer service, and leadership teams
- Lead performance management, using KPIs and data to continuously improve service delivery
- Adherence to the agreed SLAs with the client.
- Solve complex operational challenges and manage critical client escalations
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality
- Support workforce and resource planning to ensure operational continuity
- Promote standardization and best practices across teams and sites
What You Bring
- Strong background (min. 3 years) in contract logistics or supply chain operations
- Proven experience in managing performance and KPIs
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Your Environment
- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work closely with operations leadership, warehouse, service, and continuous improvement teams
- You will act as a key operational integrator, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and execution
