Experteer Overview
As Strategic Account Manager, you will guard and grow Satispay’s most valuable merchant relationships. You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of top-tier global accounts and align their success with our long-term vision. Your work will span strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven advocacy to demonstrate ROI. This role offers the chance to shape international partnerships and drive meaningful growth in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.

- Strategic portfolio management: serve as the C-level partner for influential merchants and manage complex international relationships
- Strategic growth and planning: develop multi-year account plans to increase transaction volume and explore expansion opportunities
- Product innovation and integration: identify opportunities for deeper integration and new ventures like co-branded cards and loyalty synergies
- Relationship orchestration: coordinate across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Tech to meet partner needs
- Collaboration with leadership: align account goals with company milestones and participate in strategic meetings

Responsabilità
- 10+ years in strategic account management with seven-figure, high-complexity global accounts
- Proven track record in Fintech, Payments, or High-Growth Tech environments
- Expertise in complex negotiations and contract management
- Analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven problem solving
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and ability to translate concepts for C-level executives
- Cross-functional leadership and orchestration across multiple departments
- International stakeholder management across regions
