Experteer Overview

As Strategic Account Manager, you will guard and grow Satispay’s most valuable merchant relationships. You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of top-tier global accounts and align their success with our long-term vision. Your work will span strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven advocacy to demonstrate ROI. This role offers the chance to shape international partnerships and drive meaningful growth in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.

Responsabilità

  • 10+ years in strategic account management with seven-figure, high-complexity global accounts
  • Proven track record in Fintech, Payments, or High-Growth Tech environments
  • Expertise in complex negotiations and contract management
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven problem solving
  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and ability to translate concepts for C-level executives
  • Cross-functional leadership and orchestration across multiple departments
  • International stakeholder management across regions
