Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming our clients at the door
- Ensuring that our clients feel comfortable in our luxurious store environment at all times.
- Organizational support in After Sales Service, stockroom and deliveries.
- Representing RIMOWA in the best luxury way.
Profile / Qualifications
- We are looking forward to your experience in the luxury sector, but also welcome you as a new starter in our team.
- For advising our international customers, you speak fluent Italian and English, ideally you have additional language skills.
- The customer experience is important to you.
