Store Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance standards
- Monitor performance through sales analysis and KPI tracking
- Maintain an excellent level of customer service and client experience
- Ensure strong day-to-day store operations, including administrative tasks (planning, scheduling, priorities, etc.)
- Lead the store business and drive execution on the shop floor
- Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Identify training needs and support ongoing coaching of store employees
- Apply all Loss Prevention procedures and safeguard company assets
- Represent the brand with professionalism and promote it positively at all times
- Ensure effective stock and inventory management
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager
- Proven track record of delivering strong performance and results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (required), additional languages are a plus.
