Store Manager (TD 6 months)

We are looking for a fixed-term Store Manager in our new Bologna Airport Boutique.

As Store Manager, you'll embody Moleskine's philosophy, lead your team to deliver exceptional service, foster client relationships, inspire sales staff, and drive growth your collaboration.

Task & Responsabilities:

• Achieve sales plans and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness
• Management of the store's team and administrative activities
• Management of store relations with offices and colleagues in retail management.
• Shop budget management and store target achievement planning
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines set by Moleskine

Skills & Requirements:

• Demonstrate best techniques for selling and maintaining clientele
• Passion for the Brand and for the products
• Be energetic and have a positive attitude
• Be open-minded and multicultural
• Fluent english
• You must love design every kind of art
