Responsibilities
Collaborates with store directors to negotiate placement of displays in favorable areas, ensuring correct visibility of products in point of sale.
Develops sales through negotiation of quantity and quality of allocated spaces to the brand.
Provides feedback on sales trends, territory dynamics, and market conditions.
Provides appropriate reporting according to company guidelines.
Implements trade materials (permanent displays, temporary/promotional displays, communication materials, branding tools, etc.).
Sets up promotional stands in stores/shopping centres and facilitates operational and administrative flows controlling stock.
Provides feedback and insights to improve products and trade materials.
Qualifications
Preferred diploma or university degree.
Preferred prior experience in the role.
Willingness to travel daily.
Goal‑oriented and negotiation skills.
Preferred domicile: Bologna.
Offer
Fixed‑term contract through a temporary employment agency.
Estimated annual gross salary 23k + variable.
Full‑time position.
Benefits: car with fuel card, telepass, and 6 Euro Ticket Restaurant.
Work Location and Hours
Emilia Romagna (excluding the provinces of Parma and Piacenza).
Full‑time hours.
