STORE DIRECTOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / ROME
Responsibilities
- Contributes to defining and executing store business strategies by supporting the Store Manager in aligning local initiatives with overall brand objectives.
- Reviews sales results, KPIs, and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and guide actionable improvement plans.
- Keeps track of market dynamics and competitors to spot potential growth opportunities and support commercial development.
- Applies clienteling practices to capture and use client insights, strengthening customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Helps ensure seamless daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high standards and consistent policy compliance.
- Participates in building and developing a high-performing team by coaching and training staff, with a particular focus on empowering middle management on the shop floor.
