On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, we are recruiting the following profile to join their team in Milan.

STORE DIRECTOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

Responsibilities:

• Support the management team in the conduction of the store
• Team Management
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
• Build a strong customer experience
• Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
• Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
• Produce reports and specific analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluent spoken English
• At least 5–7 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
• Business driven and detailed oriented
• Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
• Confident, enthusiastic and positive
• Problem solving
