A Store Manager with business development responsibilities oversees daily retail operations while driving growth through market expansion, client relationship management, and sales target achievement. She/he lead staff, manage inventory, and develop strategies for long-term profitability, acting as the face of the business to increase market share and improve customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining safety/compliance standards.
  • Business Growth & Sales Strategy : Identify new market opportunities, develop sales plans to achieve targets, and analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and revenue.
  • Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Marketing & Networking : Implement marketing strategies and attend industry events/trade shows to build brand presence.
  • Financial Performance : Monitor budget, manage costs, and prepare financial reports for management.
