Store Director

ROME – Store Director | Salary up to €100K

I am currently partnering with a luxury brand to recruit a Store Director for their Rome location.

We are looking for a strong leader with the following qualifications:

Requirements

• Management of a team of approx. 25 employees
• Solid background in luxury retail in a similar role or high-performing ASM level
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Exceptional customer care, CRM & clienteling expertise
• A stable career history – committed and loyal professionals
• Full 360° management experience, including HR & People management at a high level
• Proven ability to lead mature, strong personalities
• A dynamic, commercial and structured mindset with a product-focused approach
• Impeccable presentation and genuine brand engagement

Relocation

We are open to profiles currently based outside of Rome, provided there is flexibility to relocate.
