Store Development Internship

We are looking for a passionate Store Development Intern to join the Experience Department, located in Milan.
Supporting the Store Development & Experience team, you will dive deep into the complexity of global retail expansion. You will learn how to balance creativity with technical constraints and deadlines.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Project Orchestration: Support the Store Development in tracking project milestones for new openings, pop-ups, and renovations, ensuring the “Golden Spirit” is preserved in every detail.
• Golden Experience Integration: Collaborate specifically on the “Experience” side of our stores, helping coordinate the setup special architectural features that define our brand.
• Vendor Management: Assist in communicating with external suppliers, contractors, and local architects, maintaining our high standards of quality and sustainability.
• Budget & Procurement: Help in managing purchase orders and tracking costs to ensure our projects remain as “perfectly imperfect” as planned, but always on budget.
• Site Documentation: Organize and review technical drawings, mood boards, and O&M manuals, ensuring all project documentation is up to date.
  

Key Requirements

• Educational Background: Student or recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering Management.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus; mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is a great plus given our global footprint.
• Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, hands on
• Sensitivity: A deep aesthetic sense and passion for the luxury/fashion industry.
