About the Role:

Job Title - Storage Administrator

Location – Milan, Italy

Mode of Work – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite in Week)

Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Project Duration – 12 Months (Possible Extension)


Skills:

  • NetApp On Tap C mode and 7 modes
  • Brocade and Cisco San Switch
  • Zoning and troubleshot SAN connectivity performance issues
  • LUN mapping and Masking
  • Performance Capture from Storage Side
  • Replication using Snap mirror Snap vault
  • Storage Monitoring
  • Good knowledge syslog configuration and monitor
  • LUN management
  • Depth experience in NetApp NAS NFS CIFS
  • Good knowledge FC ISCSI protocol


Detailed Job Description:

  • Can do provide support as well as resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting
  • Performing zoning e.g., Creation of Alias Zones and its management firmware up gradation troubleshooting on Brocade and Cisco SAN switch
  • Aggregate Volume setup provisioning tasks such as thin provisioning enabling compression deduplication snapshot retention snap clone etc
  • Managing IBM storage infrastructure Experience on IBM Storage devices IBM System Storage LUN Binding Host group etc
  • Depth experience in NetApp NAS SAN ESERIES
  • ONTAP monitoring using On Command Unified Manager System Manager Log file analysis etc
  • Should be able to do Performance related troubleshooting
  • Root cause analysis of critical issues tickets
  • Storage Fabric OS firmware Upgrade
  • Should be able to do Troubleshoot of Software configuration Issues Shelf Disk cf ic etc
  • Storage Fabric OS firmware Upgrade
  • Worked on ITSM tools like Service Now
  • Experience in preparing the Technical Documents on relevant topics
  • Can do provide support as well as resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting
