The part you’ll play

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stock Keeper (part-time, 24 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00 ) to join our team in Milan Rinascente Department Store . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for both warehouse operations and client advising, supporting both the sales floor and the stockroom in all activities that ensure a strong customer experience.

• Own the merchandise flow between stockroom and shop floor, ensuring all products are well-prepared, controlled, and beautifully presented.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock activities including deliveries, returns, transfers, and audits with precision.
• Partner closely with store management to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in stock management or a similar back-office role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision
• Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role
• Proficiency in Italian and English; any additional languages is a strong advantage
