Purpose of the position
We are currently seeking a Stock Controller to join our team in Milan. The role is responsible for managing stock operations, ensuring that deliveries, transfers, and the overall organization of the stockroom are executed with accuracy and timeliness. This position plays a key part in supporting the sales team to guarantee an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in Retail and Luxury leather goods, combined with a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage stockroom operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate deliveries, transfers, and inventory movements in a timely manner
- Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and organization
- Maintain compliance with company standards and operational procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong computer/software literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage complexity in a dynamic environment
