About the Opportunity
Be part of an exciting pre‑opening journey, supporting the setup of stewarding operations, hygiene standards, and kitchen efficiency. This is a seasonal contract offering an attractive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens, storage areas, and back‑of‑house facilities
- Supporting kitchen and service teams during operations
- Ensuring proper waste management and recycling procedures
- Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Assisting with pre‑opening setup and kitchen organization
- Reporting equipment issues and safety concerns
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or similar role is an advantage
- Pre‑opening experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Available to join immediately
- Eligible to work in Italy
