We're actively recruiting a Laboratory Technician to join the Steel Department of the Materials TestingLaboratory at its Lenta (VC) office / laboratory in Italy for a long-term position.

Tecno Piemonte Spa , founded as a private and independentcompany, is now part of the Apave Group. It providesservices, particularly testing and certification, in the civilengineering and environmental sectors. It operates bothnationally and internationally, supporting publicadministrations, companies, and individuals through itsfacilities and expertise.

Let's walk you through your day-to-day

Once you've completed your onboarding, you'll undertake various assignments :

• Performing Laboratory tests on steel samples (bars, sections, bols etc), such as tensile, bending, impact, chemical analysis, hardness etc
• Data processing and preparation of test certificates / reports
• Maintaining records necessary for managing samples and test results
• Supporting the daily management of the Department (material acceptance and registration, document preparation, material preparation)
• Proactivity and problem-solving orientation

Contract type : Fixed-term contract with a view to a permanent position. Compensation commensurate with the candidate'sexperience

Availability : Full-time, Monday to Friday

Profil candidat

Let's focus on you !

First of all, your education & diplomas :

• Diploma in "geometra", "perito industriale", or degree inengineering or materials science

Next, your skills & personal qualities :

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, and accuracy
• Team spirit and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Category B driving license
