The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our early-stage team in Rome (hybrid: part office, part remote). You’ll work directly with the founders—literally building side by side—to ship features, solve problems quickly, and test bold ideas.

This role isn’t just about writing code. It’s about becoming a key player in the startup journey. You’ll help shape the product, bring AI into real workflows, and creatively fix what breaks. For the right person, this is a path to CTO and true co-founder status, including a place on the board.

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring an employee—we’re looking for someone who could grow into a Partner/CTO . That means more than technical skills: integrity, reliability, and long-term commitment are the real foundation of this role.

Here’s what you’ll do (and what we expect you to bring):

• Build and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our core platform.
• Design and manage databases and APIs to keep everything connected and smooth.
• Experiment with AI models and integrate them into the product.
• Take ownership of projects—quality, reliability, and delivery are on you.
• Collaborate and problem-solve creatively with the team, learning and iterating fast.
• Strong base in back-end development (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Comfortable with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
• Curiosity and drive to explore AI integration in real-world products.
• Creative problem-solver who enjoys startup-style challenges.

Bonus points if you’ve worked on side projects, internships, or anything scrappy that proves you can build and ship.
