AI WORKSPACE AGENCY (AWA) is a next-generation AI platform designed to become the commercial infrastructure for agencies and digital consultants worldwide.

We are entering one of the largest technology shifts of our time:

• The global AI Agents market is projected to exceed $50B by 2030
• Millions of agencies and consultants must reinvent their business models around AI
• SMEs urgently need operational AI , not just tools

AWA sits exactly in the middle of this transformation: a white-label AI Workspace platform enabling agencies to build, sell and scale AI services for their clients.

But this is not just a startup.

The AWA platform is already developed and live , with continuous investment and product evolution fully managed by the founding team.

The CEO will focus on execution, growth and market expansion , not on building technology from scratch.

It is built with a clear and structured exit strategy within 2-3 years, targeting major AI / SaaS players.

We are looking for a CEO (Co-Founder mindset)

• A commercial and business-driven profile (not a technical AI specialist)
• Experienced in startup environments
• Familiar with or from the digital agency / consulting world
• Young, dynamic and AI-driven in mindset
• Fluent in English with strong international communication skills
• Available for frequent international travel

Your mission

• Rapidly build and validate the MVP leveraging agencies and consultants
• Develop the partner network (core growth engine)
• Represent AWA as the public face of the company (events, investors, strategic relationships)
• Drive global positioning through AI events and partnerships
