We are seeking a Business Development Trainee to join our team and support the International Market Manager in expanding Lagostina’s presence and performance across Italy and international markets.

You will join the International Market Management team, directly supporting the International Market Manager in developing and managing Lagostina's global business.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global business development, market analysis, online and offline business models, and product launches within a dynamic, multicultural environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of business plans to drive growth and profitability in existing and new markets.
  • Contributing to market analysis (sales, profitability, competition, distribution, consumer trends) and preparing insights to support decision-making.
  • Supporting the launch of new products (coordination between business units and markets).
  • Participating in the implementation of marketing activations (special offers, promotions, and local action plans).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategic marketing, product management, sales, logistics, quality, production, legal…)
  • Helping to share best practices and maintain strong connections between markets and the Business Unit.


What We’re Looking For

  • University student or recent graduate (Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English & Italian are required; French or other languages are a plus.
  • Passion for learning new things, international cultures, cookware products, and premium brands.
