Responsibilities
Support the check on the completeness and correctness of implementation plans of Change requests
The monitoring on the Change requests of all site assuring the implementation and closure within the due dates and according to the established strategy.
Support the activities related to the review and approval for closure of change requests after completion of actions.
Preparation of registration documentation in collaboration with internal department and external sites/partners.
Collection and elaboration of information and certification required by the HA worldwide
The review and calculation of Key Performance indicators of the department.
The Identification of opportunities to improve current compliance with GMP requirements in the various plant processes
Qualifications
Degree in Life Sciences as CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Italian
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).
Good communication skills
