Johnson & Johnson is looking for an intern to join the Quality Assurance Team in Latina, Italy. This role supports the implementation and closure of change requests, preparation of registration documentation, monitoring of key performance indicators, and improvement of GMP compliance across plant processes.
Responsibilities
Support the verification of completeness and correctness of implementation plans for change requests. Monitor change requests for all sites to ensure implementation and closure within due dates and in accordance with the established strategy. Assist in reviewing and approving closure of change requests after completion of actions. Prepare registration documentation in collaboration with internal departments and external sites/partners. Collect and elaborate information and certifications required by the HA worldwide. Review and calculate key performance indicators for the department. Identify opportunities to improve compliance with GMP requirements across plant processes. Qualifications
Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology). Proficiency in English and Italian. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint). Good communication skills. Location
