Store Director
Luxury Monobrand | Forte dei Marmi, Italy
A founder‑led luxury monobrand in Forte dei Marmi is seeking an experienced Store Director to take full ownership of the store’s performance.
This is not a senior sales role. The position requires a mature retail professional with proven experience managing a store as a business unit, reporting directly to the Owner.
Profile
- Proven experience as Store Director / Retail Manager in luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong understanding of retail finance, taxation and operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for results.
- Italian fluency required; English preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ambition to grow into a multi‑store / network director role.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational and financial management of the store.
- Leadership of the sales team (scheduling, performance, KPIs).
- Budget planning, P&L oversight and regular reporting to the Owner.
- Merchandise planning, ordering and stock control.
- Inventory management.
- Liaison with accountant and commercialista (taxes, compliance, reporting).
- Contribution to business planning and future store openings in Italy.
