Stage-Spa Service Agent

Armani Hotel Milano, situato nel Quadrilatero della Moda, è la seconda collaborazione tra Giorgio Armani S.p.a. ed Emaar Properties PJSC. Ospitato in un edificio razionalista del 1937, incarna la filosofia “Stay with Armani” offrendo un’esperienza intima dove ogni dettaglio delle 95 camere e suite, disegnate dal suo autore, riflette eleganza, comfort e raffinatezza.
Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un’ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l’hotel ospita l’Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l’Armani/Bamboo Bar, mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.
Posizione:

• Get familiar with welcoming guests upon arrival to the SPA in a courteous and prompt manner
• Escort guests through the SPA areas illustrating them the SPA journey, available supplies for guests and facilities, gym equipment and changing areas
• Assist the team in assuring SPA premises and equipment are kept clean at all times keeping the common areas impeccable
• Learn to ensure that guest experience exceed expectations
• Support in SPA guests Reservations
• Learn to deal with guests’ requests and needs in efficient and effective manner
• Ensure a high quality of service to guests and visitors at all times, understanding and anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations
• Be responsible alongside with the team for the cleaning and the tiding up of all SPA areas, especially after guest visits and usage of SPA facilities and services
• Be responsible for the tiding up and the refilling of changing rooms, lockers, showers, juice bar, gym area, back of house
• Support in recording all treatments details in an accurate way, including guests preferences and relevant medical information, in order to fully manage SPA treatments bookings
  

Requisiti:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Working computer skills and knowledge
• Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
  

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe
