Stage Sales Back Office

Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Molecular Diagnostics, Chromatography and Rapid Test in order to join the Sales & Marketing Team is looking for:

STAGE SALES BACK OFFICE

Responsibilities:

• Support to orders acquisition and processing according to agreed conditions of assigned clients
• Support to the coordination with other company functions to ensure compliance with customer requests (Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.)
• Support to orders preparation monitoring, ensuring timely completion
• Support to the preparation of all necessary shipment documents in coordination with Logistics and, later, support to shipment tracking
• Post-sales customer support
• Sales reports writing

Requirements:

• Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or similar
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Teamwork, flexibility, problem solving, autonomy, precision
• Internship period: 6 months

Location: Milan (MM1 Bisceglie)
