Position Purpose:
The role ensures the proper functioning of facilities in compliance with standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the operational management of company premises (offices, warehouses, common areas).
- Management of relationships with the Tenants and with the subjects appointed by the Tenents, in relation to technical and maintenance aspects;
- Monitor external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities).
- Assist in planning and monitoring routine and extraordinary maintenance.
- Manage internal requests or direct reports.
- Support to Property Managers in the preparation of an ordinary and extraordinary budget.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to improvement or renovation projects.
- Update technical documentation (layouts, floor plans, manuals).
- Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to facility management activities.
- Support for user data collection.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Management, or related fields.
- Alternatively, a technical diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:
- Any experience in a similar role or related field (including internships).
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, fire safety).
- Familiarity with facility management tools and CAD/BIM software (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations (e.g., EU/local standards)
Language:
- Fluent in Italian.
- Technical English for communication with suppliers and documentation.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
