For our office in Milan, we are looking for an Intern in Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the preparation of technical reports and data entry tasks.
- Assist in managing supplier relationships, including conducting reputational due diligence checks and reviewing contracts.
- Contribute to specific projects aimed at improving company processes and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in the management of internal monitoring by preparing documentation and coordinating necessary actions.
- Collaborate with all company functions to support the execution of training sessions on Governance and Compliance topics.
- Provide support in administrative management, including issuing contracts, purchase orders, etc... in accordance with corporate requirements.
- Support the Italian Sunshine Act implementation.
Qualifications:
- Studies in Law, Economics or related fields.
Required Skills:
- Languages: Italian and English.
- Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office).
- Proactivity, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
