Per lo sviluppo della nostra Business Unit Government Inspections & International Trade, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a tirocinante che affianche i/le colleghi/e nella gestione dei progetti assegnati.


Job Description

Il ruolo prevede un focus specifico sul settore del commercio internazionale, regolato da controlli di compliance documentale previsti dalle autorità estere per la gestione delle esportazioni dall'Italia nei paesi del Medio Oriente e Nord Africa. Affiancando i tutor di riferimento, il/la tirocinante rappresenterà un fondamentale punto di contatto con colleghi e colleghe in Italia e all’estero, gestendo la certificazione della documentazione richiesta dalla legge per i prodotti che vengono esportati in questi Paesi.


Attività

  • Comprendere e rimanere continuamente aggiornato/a sulle procedure stabilite dai paesi di esportazione per garantire un coordinamento efficace ed efficiente delle attività assegnate.
  • Supportare il coordinamento delle attività in base alle necessità afferenti ai progetti assegnati.
  • Assistere i Project Manager nella gestione dei clienti e nella redazione delle offerte e delle quotazioni.
  • Collaborare con i Competence Centers presenti all’estero, mantenendo le relazioni con i team presenti nei Paesi di esportazione, al fine di gestire le pratiche e risolvere le anomalie che potrebbero emergere.
  • Supportare la creazione dei certificati.


Requisiti

  • Diploma tecnico/scientifico.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana (B2).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2).
  • Spirito di collaborazione e di intraprendenza.


Nice to have

  • Conoscenza della lingua araba.
