The company
The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937.
IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for:
- Supporting the verification of incoming supplier invoices.
- Verifying and collecting administrative documentation related to import and export activities.
- Supporting accounting reconciliation activities and periodic reporting.
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the accounts payable cycle.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of main ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
