As People Administration intern you will be part of Human Resources & Management Organization Function within focus on Senior Managers Administration and Management.
Tasks
Diploma in Accounting or a bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Public Administration or related fields, providing a solid foundation in accounting, administrative and managerial areas.
A B2 level of English proficiency is required.
Technical Knowledge : Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel. Strong aptitude for using IT tools for payroll management.
Soft Skills : Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
LOCATION: Milano HO
Contract Type: 6 + 6 months extracurricular internship

Tasks
- Entry and verification of monthly attendance records
- Review and management of employees’ expense reports
- Verification and entry of variable payroll items (overtime, bonuses, allowances, leave, holidays, sick leave, workplace injuries, maternity leave, severance pay (TFR) and accruals)
- Activation of contracts for expatriate staff and management of the calculation/recharge of personnel costs between company cost centers
- Management of Personal documentation and back up
