The Operations area at Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza) offers a 6‑month internship for a student or graduate in a technical/scientific field to support initiatives at the plant, which employs over 850 people.

Job Title

Stage Operations Specialist – Xylem

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects derived from corporate strategy.
• Support in the implementation of improvement and innovation projects in Operations (e.g., process analysis).
• Reporting activities and support in the daily management of the Operations Team.
• Support in the operational management of Lean tools (e.g., PDCA, SEQDPI).

Requirements

• Graduate or in final year of a technical program (statistics, management engineering).
• Strong interest in data analysis, statistics, and reporting.
• Teamwork orientation.
• High proficiency in Excel (Pivot/ Macros).
• Good written and spoken English (B2).
• Must own a car (no bus/tram).

Contract

Internship for 6 months. Expense reimbursement (510‑720 € per month) + free cafeteria.

Montecchio Maggiore (VI), Italy.
