Location: Milan

Type of contract: Stage - 6 months minimum

Starting date : September 2025

Reporting to one of the International Product Manager at Marketing Balt International, your main missions wil be:

1/Daily support in carrying out the tasks of the international product managers team

• Creation / update of collateral tools intended for the sales force (in services, brochures, product preparation video, 3D video, 3D animations, case reports, article booklet, etc.)
• Consolidating marketing claims matrix (from documents already reviewed & approved)
• Communication with sales force (PIMS, Newsletter, etc.).

2/Support on different events (e.g. logistics):

• Users meetings, annual sales meeting, congresses

3/Support on different projects:

• ToM platform (tracker, communication material, etc.)
• Article Galaxy (tracker, survey, etc.)
• iBalt (account creation)

Profile:

• Engineering or Scientific degree, ideally following a medical device course
• Positive business experience, ideally in the medical device industry
• Fluent in English
