Stage Internal Audit and Compliance

For our office in Milan, we are looking for an Stage Internal Audit and Compliance.

Support the team in the planning and execution of internal audit activities (operations, compliance).

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to data/information/documentation collection;
• Support in the drafting of meeting minutes, audit working papers, reports and presentation in accordance with Internal Audit methodology and professional standards;
• Support in the monitoring of remediation plans agreed with process owners;
• Support in updating policies, procedures and audit templates;
• Contribute to archive the Internal Audit documentation and maintain it updated;
• Contribute to the periodic risk assessment by gathering information, preparing meeting summaries and consolidating risk reporting;
• Assist in managing suppliers’ relationships, including qualifications, reviewing offers/contracts and managing administration tasks, in accordance with corporate requirements/procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Studies in Economics or related fields. xdwybme

Required Skills:

• Languages: Italian and English (verbal and written communication skills);
• Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office);
• Proactivity, reliability, curiosity and ability to work in a team;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking.
