As HR Development intern you will join our Human Resources & Organisation Function within focus on People Learning and Development activities.
How can you support us?

  • Analysis of aggregated data of the annual employee performance evaluation/engagement/motivation surveys.
  • Drafting of individual development plans.
  • Preparation of monitoring reports on Development processes.
  • Planning and monitoring of transversal and specialist training for apprenticeship employees.
  • Management of the enrollment and payment for external courses in compliance with company process and validation
  • Preparation of reports related to training activities delivered.
  • Management of training operating systems and support in case of technical issues.
What are we looking for?
Education: bachelor’s/master’s degree in economics or related fields or bachelor’s/master’s degree in Sociology / Psychology or Master HR.
Languages: English level B1/B2 required.
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Soft skills: reliability, accuracy, teamwork, analysis.
Nice to have: any previous experience in training activities.
