Stage HR Business Support

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated new intern to join the HR Department of BasicNet Group and support the HR Analytics & Administration team in activities related to corporate planning, workforce analytics, and personnel administration across the Group.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR business processes within a multi-brand, international organization. The intern, supported by senior colleagues, will contribute to labour cost control, HR KPI analysis, and organizational structure monitoring, while providing support in coordination activities with foreign subsidiaries and daily HR operations.

Key Responsabilities

• Support budgeting activities and labour cost monitoring and control
• Analyze HR KPIs related to the employee lifecycle (vacation, absenteeism, leave, turnover)
• Monitor and update organizational charts and corporate structure data
• Support coordination activities with foreign companies within the Group
• Assist with personnel administration and related HR processes
• Monitor and update internal HR and management reporting data

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labour Law or Business; a Master’s degree or specialized course in HR is considered a plus
• Strong interest towards HR administration topics
• Good knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

Additional languages are a plus

• Analytical mindset and interest in working with numbers and data
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team

We offer a 6 months (3+3) extracurricular internship, with a monthly allowance provided, in compliance with local regulations.
