Stage - Engineering & NOEP Data Analyst Intern

Randstad Enterprise is currently recruiting an Engineering & NOEP Data Analyst Intern to join the European Network Engineering department of a leading Logistics & Transportation company. The position is based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) and offers the opportunity to become part of a prestigious global network.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• The opportunity to develop techniques and skills in defining an offline and online communication plan in line with the company's strategy;
• The opportunity to acquire the basic operational elements of communication and event organization within a multinational context;
• A 6-month full-time internship, with reimbursement of expenses of €800 gross and meal vouchers worth €8.00 (€7.00 for smartworking);
• Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Take responsibility to manage data, develop reports and troubleshooting data issues;
• Develop and implement data analytics and other strategies that optimize process efficiency;
• Support the maintenance of databases/data system & NOEP tools;
• Work with engineering team to prioritize business and information needs;
• Locate, document and define new process improvement and innovation opportunities;
• Support the development of new solutions that meets digitalization goals.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Soft Skills: Solution Orientation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Good Communication and Presentation skills;
• Hard Skills: PowerBI, SQL, VBA, PowerApp, Sharepoint. Any other programming language as a plus;
• Language Skills: English.
