Data Analyst , you will join the
Systems and Data Engineering Management (SYDEM)
unit. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, cleaning data across both operational and analytical environments. Working closely with the functional data integration team, you will contribute to designing and developing data collection systems, ensuring the availability of high-quality datasets that enable efficient engineering workflows and support informed decision‑making across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring data reliability, consistency, and traceability throughout the full lifecycle of engineering processes, contributing to the advancement of digital capabilities within the business.
How can you support us?
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, structure, and deliver datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
Enhance data quality, reliability, and governance, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, metadata requirements, and lifecycle management rules.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineering stakeholders to understand data needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and support advanced analytics and reporting activities.
Implement data cleaning, validation, and enrichment processes to deliver consistent, high‑quality datasets for engineering.
Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices, promoting continuous improvement in data engineering methodologies within SYDEM.
Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology or Economics.
Languages: Italian, English
Technical Knowledge
Capability to translate data into insights using analytical and statistical techniques.
Ability to design interactive dashboards and visual reports in Power BI
Experience creating analytical views based on datasets and data models.
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets, applying advanced analytic logic.
Solid experience in data wrangling, transformation, aggregation, and preparation for analytics.
